Liu Qing and Liu Hong have just opened up a new restaurant called Hui Bin Lou. While attending the grand opening, they meet a mysterious guy name Meng Dan. At the palace, there is a welcoming ceremony for Lao Fuo Ye and the king of Hui Jiang. Han Xiang, the daughter of the king of Hui Jiang, is to be presented to Huang Shang as a gift. Xiao Yan Zi, Yong Qi, Zi Wei, and Er Kang are all late for the ceremony. This makes Lao Fuo Ye not fond of Xiao Yan Zi and Zi Wei.
Er Kang, Yong Qi, Xiao Yan Zi and Zi Wei soon finds out that Meng Dan and Han Xiang are lovers. They are now making up an escape plan for the lovers so they can be together. Not only is there one problem. Lao Fuo Ye is threatening to end the engagement between Zi Wei & Er Kang and Xiao Yan Zi & Wu A Ge. Lao Fuo Ye wants Qing Er-a ge ge- to marry Er Kang instead.
One day in Hui Bin Lou, they meet another mysterious person named Xiao Jian who is looking for his sister. He always has a flute and a sword with him. He doesn't show his kung fu until Zi Wei 's and Xiao Yan Zi's beheading because of Han Xiang's escape. He proves that he has kung fu by helping the two ge ge escape.
Xiao Jian wants to bring Yong Qi, Er Kang, Xiao Yan Zi and Zi Wei to Da Li. Meantime, Huang Shang grows regretful of driving his children away. They are always running from the soldiers until Huang Shang comes to take them back. They are all moved by his speech.That's why they go back to the palace.
When they go back to the palace, Lao Fuo Ye forgives them for every mistake they made. She even lets them get married in the end. Huang Shang allowed Liu Qing and Liu Hong to enter the palace for the marriage of Zi Wei & Er Kang and Xiao Yan Zi & Yong Qi. He also allowed Xiao Jian to come visit Xiao Yan Zi anytime he wants. During the marriage, Zi Wei and Xiao Yan Zi gets mixed up. Xiao Yan Zi is taken to Er Kang's place and Zi Wei is taken to Wu A Ge's place. In the end, they are taken back to where they are supposed to be.
